What this system is
WISER Cities DSS is a research system built by the UP Institute of Civil Engineering to help Local Government Units account for water footprints and evaluate Low Impact Development interventions. It is provided for use by invited LGU, DOST, researcher, and administrator accounts as part of the WISER Cities research project (April 2025 – March 2027).
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are provisioned per the role you were given (Admin, Researcher, LGU Planner, or DOST); using access beyond what your role is meant for is not permitted.
Project data
Data you upload or enter (sub-basin/barangay boundaries, parameters, and computed results) remains associated with your project and is used only to produce the analysis this system is built for. It is not used for any purpose outside the WISER Cities research project without your project team’s knowledge.
No warranty
This is a research system under active development. Results are provided to support decision-making, not as a substitute for professional engineering judgment or regulatory compliance verification.
